'Green' oil comes to the UK

This gorgeous oil is fresh in - as it were! This is the wonderful 'green' or 'new' oil which the Italians get excited about every autumn – but which few people in the UK seem to be aware of. This oil is made from the first harvest of the olives – still green and not yet fully mature – from the first press of the olives, making this first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil probably the healthiest olive oil in the world. The best olive oil extract with the most nutrients is oil that comes from the first cold press of the olives itself. It is more nutritionally rich than ordinary olive oil, richer in polyphenol antioxidants than regular extra virgin olive oils.
